What are business hours?
Our business hours are Monday through Fridays from 9am until 8pm.
How do I find out the status of my order?
Productime/Turnaround Times are listed in the descriptions of each service. If we have went over your production time and haven't reached out, please email us. When order volume is high, we may take additional time to complete your order. For that reason, we are unable to give you a specific date when your order will be ready.
I need my service before the stated turnaround time, what do I do?
Rush fees are available for select services. Please, contact us if you need a service rushed.
What do I do if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Automatic emails are sent immediately after your order is confirmed. If you do not receive one, please check your spam. If the email is not in spam, you may have put the wrong email address. If this is the case, please contact us via email for assistance.
What is your refund policy?
Once your order has been placed, refunds are not granted. However, we do offer revisions if a client is unsatisfied with their service for any reason.
