What are your business hours?


Business hours are Monday thru Thursday from 9am until 9pm. We DO NOT work outside of business hours.




When am I going to receive my order?


Production/Turn-around Times are listed in the descriptions of each service. Please do not consider days outside of business days in your countdown. We can not give you a specific day we'll send your order, that is why we have a time frame. Please note: When order volume is high, we may take an additional day or 2 to send your order.




Do you have rush fees?


Yes, we have rush fees. If a service is eligible for a rush fee, it'll be in description of the service.




I didn't receive a confirmation email.


Our system sends out an automatic confirmation. If you didn't receive one, you may have put the wrong email address. Please contact us via email: Theangelbelow.com@gmail.com.




What is your refund policy?


Once your order has been placed, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we grant our clients 2 free revisions for this sole reason.




Do we accept cash-app?
